摘  要:为高效处理化工厂含氯空气污染问题,制备了可见光催化空气过滤器,并将其与快速、经济的电纺工艺技术相结合,合成了负载Ag的TiO_(2)纳米棒复合材料,设计了多功能的空气过滤器。结果表明,Ag-TiO_(2)纳米棒复合材料负载的纳米纤维表现了突出的颗粒过滤(约90%)和含氯空气污染物的降解(90%以上)。且制备的Ag-TiO_(2)纳米复合材料对含氯空气污染物吸附能力有所提高。设计的空气过滤器具有消除可吸入颗粒物和含氯污染物的协同效应,可用于未来新型空气处理设备的设计和应用中。In order to efficiently deal with the problem of chlorine-containing air pollution in chemical plants,a visible light catalytic air filter was prepared and combined with the fast and economical electrospinning process technology,the TiO_(2) nanorod composite material with Ag load was synthesized,and a multi-functional air filter was designed.The results showed that the nanofibers loaded with Ag-TiO_(2) nanorod composite exhibited outstanding particle filtration(about 90%)and degradation of chlorine-containing air pollutants(more than 90%).Moreover,the prepared Ag-TiO_(2) nanocomposites had improved adsorption capacity for air pollutants containing chlorine.The designed air filter had the synergistic effect of eliminating inhalable particles and chlorine-containing pollutants,and had great potential in the design and application of new air treatment equipment in the future.
