摘  要:基于施工稳定性对现浇高大模板混凝土要求的提高,采用在混凝土中添加不同含量纤维的方法制备了现浇纤维混凝土,对比分析了其与不含纤维的混凝土的力学性能。结果表明,相较不含纤维的混凝土的试样,其抗压强度、劈裂抗拉强度和抗折强度都有不同程度的提高,纤维质量分数为0.4%的纤维混凝土(FRC-4)试块具有较高的抗压强度、劈裂抗拉强度和抗折强度结合。在混凝土中添加不同含量的纤维后,纤维混凝土试块的最大荷载和挠度都有不同程度提高,且FRC-4试块具有最大的荷载。表明纤维混凝土试件在冲击过程中需要更大的能量才会发生断裂,FRC-4试块具有最大的冲击应力。Based on the improvement of construction stability requirements for cast-in-place high formwork concrete,cast-in-place fiber reinforced concrete was prepared by adding different content of fibers to the concrete,and its mechanical properties were compared and analyzed with the concrete without fibers.The results showed that compared with the concrete without fiber,the compressive strength,splitting tensile strength,and flexural strength of the specimen were all improved to varying degrees.The fiber reinforced concrete(FRC-4)test block with a fiber mass fraction of 0.4%had a high combination of compressive strength,splitting tensile strength,and flexural strength.After adding different amounts of fibers to the concrete,the maximum load and disturbance of the fiber reinforced concrete test block have been increased to varying degrees,and the FRC-4 test block had the maximum load.It showed that the fiber-reinforced concrete specimen required more energy to fracture during the impact process,and the FRC-4 specimen had the maximum impact stress.
