装配式建筑硅酸盐水泥石英砂改性封浆料制备及性能研究

摘　　要：为解决装配式建筑现场封边浆料问题,研究对当前装配式建筑所使用的封浆料性能缺陷进行分析,针对当前装配式建筑所使用的封浆料普遍存在早期强度低导致灌浆易崩裂,收缩开裂导致漏浆,封边粘刀导致不易施工等问题。尝试利用硅酸盐水泥和石英砂为基础材料,通过添加矿物掺合料等改性材料制备了一种改性封浆料,并对封浆料在装配式建筑中的应用效果进行总结,制备的改性封浆料在性能上很好地弥补了一般封浆料的不足,是一种理想的装配式建筑封浆料。In order to solve the problem of edge banding slurry on the site of prefabricated buildings,the performance defects of the sealing slurry used in the current prefabricated buildings were analyzed.In view of the problems that the sealing slurry used in the current prefabricated building generally has problems such as easy cracking of grouting due to low strength in the early stage,leakage caused by shrinkage cracking,and difficult construction caused by edge banding sticking knife,Portland cement and quartz sand were used as basic materials,and a modified sealing slurry was prepared by adding modified materials such as mineral admixture,and the application effect of sealing slurry in prefabricated buildings was summarized.The prepared modified sealing slurry makes up for the shortcomings of general sealing slurry in terms of performance,and is an ideal prefabricated building sealing slurry.
