摘 要:为保障列车运行安全,研究道岔区域用环氧沥青材料固化的有砟道床煤灰侵入病害特征数值模拟方法。在道岔区域有砟道床的道岔直股、道岔侧股与存车线上分别采集3个道岔区域有砟道床样本,对道床颗粒实施大型三轴试验和大型直剪试验的离散元数值模拟,分析煤灰侵入病害道床的颗粒接触力、应力、应变与位移性能。结果表明,在煤灰侵入病害等级逐渐提升的条件下,环氧沥青材料固化类道床颗粒的荷载抵抗力下降,道床颗粒间的接触力有所下降,间接说明道床的剪切强度呈现降低趋势,道床的剪切强度与无煤灰侵入病害时相比下降幅度达到33%左右。In order to ensure the safety of train operation,the numerical simulation method for the characteristics of coal ash intrusion disease in the ballast track bed cured with epoxy asphalt material in the turnout area was studied.Samples of ballasted track bed in three turnout areas was collected on the turnout straight strand,turnout side strand and storage line of ballasted track bed in the turnout area.The discrete element numerical simulation of large-scale triaxial test and large-scale direct shear test was carried out on the track bed particles to analyze the contact force,stress,strain and displacement properties of the particles of the ash invading the diseased track bed.The results showed that the load resistance of track bed particles cured with epoxy asphalt material decreased when the grade of ash intrusion disease increased gradually.The contact force between the particles of the track bed decreased,which indirectly indicated that the shear strength of the track bed showed a decreasing trend,and the shear strength of track bed decreased by about 33%compared with that when there was no coal ash invasion disease.
