摘 要:为了提高传统的调度人员手动制定检修计划执行效率低等问题,设计了智能化的配调调度操作票及指令下发系统,引入改进的遗传算法对于配电网检修路径及计划进行了智能化分析,建立了惩罚系数淘汰运算筛选种群进行最优电力检修计划求解推荐算法,并在此基础上与粒子群算法结合建立检修路径寻优模型。实验结果表明,系统功能达到了预期的目标,通过对比实验所提出模型算法全局能力高、计算速度以及收敛速度均高于其他算法,具有较高的应用实践价值。In order to improve the problem of low efficiency of the implementation of the traditional dispatcher manual maintenance plan,an intelligent dispatching operation ticket and instruction issuance system was designed,an improved genetic algorithm was introduced to intelligently analyze the maintenance path and plan of the distribution network,a recommendation algorithm was established for the optimization of the optimal power maintenance plan by selecting populations by penalty coefficient elimination operation,and on this basis,the maintenance path optimization model was established in combination with the particle swarm algorithm.Experimental results showed that the system achieved the expected goals,and the model algorithm proposed by comparing experiments had higher global ability,calculation speed and convergence speed than those of other algorithms,and had high application and practical value.
