摘  要:由于橡胶电缆易出现老化、磨损等现象,导致电缆故障频发,影响电力正常供应,设计光伏新能源发电站橡胶电缆故障检测系统。硬件设计中,系统主要包括了脉冲信号发射模块与回波信号接收模块。软件设计中,系统主要实现了橡胶电缆故障信号的采集与预处理,并通过Hilbert-Huang变换检测信号奇异点,完成橡胶电缆故障点的定位。测试结果表明,电缆故障点定位结果的平均相对误差为0.30%,证实设计系统可以有效且准确地检测出橡胶电缆故障。Because rubber cable is prone to aging,wear and other phenomena,cable failures are frequently to happen,the normal power supply is affected,and a new energy power station rubber cable fault detection system is designed.In hardware design,the system mainly a pulse signal transmission module and an echo signal reception module.In the software design,the system mainly realizes the collection and preprocessing of rubber cable fault signals,and detects signal singularities through Hilbert Huang transformation to complete the positioning of rubber cable fault points.The test results showed that the average relative error of cable fault location was 0.30%,confirming that the designed system can effectively and accurately detect rubber cable faults.
