区域治理框架下省域城市经济网络演变特征与治理迭代模式——以福建省为例

摘　　要：融合关系经济地理学和区域治理理论,以尺度、关系、领域为核心变量建立区域治理和城市经济网络演化互构作用框架,探索省域尺度城市网络演进与治理模式。结果发现:(1)区域治理框架下尺度、关系、领域协同交互演化,促使治理空间和经济网络动态重配,形成相对稳定的地理架构与“流空间”深度嵌套构成的城市经济网络体系。(2)福建省城市经济网络呈现沿海延展、纵深发展、递进演化、空间趋同等特征,形成以厦门和福州双核带动,多尺度镶嵌推动大中小城市网络健康协同演化。(3)福建省治理过程呈现不同治理模式创新迭代的过程,创造出具有地域特色的均衡网络化治理迭代模式。Integrating the theory of relational economic geography and regional governance,this paper establishes the framework of regional governance and urban economic network evolution with scale,relationship and territory as the core variables to explore the evolution and governance modes of provincial scale urban network.The results shows that:①Scale,relationship and territory cointeractively evolve under the framework of regional governance,which promotes the dynamic reallocation of governance space and economic network,and builds a relative stable urban economic network system consist of geographical structure deeply nesting with"flow space".②The urban network in the case area presents the characteristics of coastal extension,deep development,progressive evolution and spatial convergence,forming a multi-scale mosaic governance framework to promote the network health and collaborative evolution of large and medium and small cities.③The governance process of Fujian Province presents the process of innovation and iteration of different governance modes,and creates the iterative mode of balanced network governance with regional characteristics.
