摘 要:运用计划行为理论构建合作建房行为分析框架,从态度、主观规范和感知行为控制三个维度考察城市合作建房意向的影响因素及其作用机制,并使用结构方程模型和浙江、贵州、湖南、深圳四地的调查数据进行实证检验。研究发现,对合作建房功能的态度、对合作建房获得外部支持的评价以及对内部控制合作建房资源的能力感知均显著正向影响城市居民合作建房意向,影响系数分别为0.128、0.141和0.669。我国城市合作建房模式的设计应兼顾合作建房的经济、社会和生态三种功能,既要发挥合作建房“自组织”的力量,又需要获得政府、市场、社会等“他组织”的支持。Based on the theory of planned behavior,an analysis framework of collaborative housing construction behavior is constructed,and the influencing factors and mechanism of urban collaborative housing construction behavior are investigated from the three dimensions of behavioral attitude,subjective norm and perceived behavioral control.,and the structural equation model and survey data of Zhejiang,Guizhou,Hunan and Shenzhen were used to empirically test the influencing mechanism of urban collaborative housing construction behavior.The results show that family's attitude toward the function of collaborative housing,the evaluation of external support for collaborative housing and the perception of their ability to control collaborative housing resources all significantly positively affect their behavioral intention of collaborative housing,with influence coefficients of 0.128,0.141 and 0.669,respectively.Urban collaborative housing construction mode should give consideration to the three functions of economy,society and ecology,which should not only exert the power of'self-organization'of collaborative housing,but also need the support of'other organizations'such as government,market and society.
