复杂适应系统理论视角下智慧社区向“人本主义”转型发展的逻辑重构

摘　　要：技术中心主义驱动的智慧社区强调政府的主导作用,在解决了部分社会经济发展难题的同时,也凸显出“重”技术集合而“轻”人民需求等弊端,难以将顶层设计与问需于民充分融合,而人本主义的相关研究则为以上问题提供了一个基于特定情境的技术、社会与空间合作互动的微观视角。以复杂适应系统(CAS)为理论工具,通过对智慧社区复杂系统的解构分析,依循“主体”“环境”“流”三个子系统重构了智慧社区人本化发展的运行逻辑;通过对国内外案例的比较研究,从“社会—空间—技术”三个维度,剖析了智慧社区的共性和差异性特征,进而有针对性地提出相应的人本化发展策略。Technocentrism-driven smart communities emphasize the leading role of the government,and while solving some of the socio-economic development problems,they also highlight the drawbacks of"focusing"on the collection of technologies and"neglecting"the needs of the people,making it difficult to fully integrate the top-level design with the questioning of the needs of the people,while the research on humanism provides a micro perspective on the cooperative interaction of technology,society and space based on a specific context.The research on humanism provides a micro perspective on the cooperation and interaction between technology,society and space based on a specific context for the above problems.This paper takes Complex Adaptive System(CAS)as a theoretical tool,and through the deconstruction and analysis of the complex system of smart community,it reconstructs the humanistic development of smart community according to the three sub-systems of"subject","environment"and"flow".By analyzing the deconstruction of the CAS,we reconstruct the operation logic of humanized development of smart communities according to the three subsystems of"subject","environment"and"flow",and through the comparative study of domestic and international cases,we analyze the common and different characteristics of smart communities in the three dimensions of"society-space-technology",and then put forward the corresponding strategies of humanized development in a targeted manner.
