摘　　要：我国的城市更新往往涉及大规模的拆迁,所出现的居民搬迁和异地安置等现象会导致原有社会网络的瓦解,从而产生不同程度的社会影响。学界多采用定性的方法对这一问题展开研究,较少从定量方面来证实城市更新对公民社会资本所产生的影响。以重庆市渝中区为案例研究地,将研究对象分为“迁移居民、邻近未迁移居民、未迁移居民”三类,采用问卷调查与数学统计方法相结合的方式定量分析城市更新项目建设和实施对案例地居民社会资本的影响。研究发现在城市更新的过程中,居民的社会资本在社区归属感和社区凝聚力、社区参与、避免强迫搬迁和绅士化、社会互惠和信任、社会网络等五个维度有不同程度的变化,由此构建了评估城市更新背景下的社会影响的指标体系。研究揭示了城市更新所导致的三类居民社会资本的变化情况,并针对所产生的社会排斥、绅士化等问题提出相应的解决之道。最后,为了城市未来的高质量发展,研究对现行城市更新运行机制提出了相关建议。Urban renewal in China often involves large-scale demolition of built-up areas,and residents often suffer from forced relocation and involuntary resettlement,leading to the disintegration of social networks and resulting in comprehensive social impacts.Many qualitative methods can be used to study this issue,but they lack quantitative aspects to confirm the changes in residents'social capital under the influence of urban renewal.This study evaluated the social capital impact of urban renewal projects on respondents in Chongqing,China.The main data used in this study was collected through a 1086 questionnaire survey conducted in Chongqing in December 2018.We divide respondents into three social groups based on their housing locations affected by urban renewal:(1)In sitestayers,(2)Nearby stayers,and(3)Relocated residents.This study will help us understand the changes in the social capital of three types of citizens after urban renewal.Willthis change cause social exclusion,and then seek advanced experience and solutions to the problem.Finally,based on the research background and advanced experience,reconstruct the operational mechanism of urban renewal.
