摘 要:当前电力系统发展趋向深度融合方向,运用“大云物移智链”等信息技术保障发电厂安全运行。本文利用继电保护在线监视及智能诊断装置为边缘代理,就地分析和处理了继电保护运行、告警、动作等信息,实现了继电保护的运行分析和异常动态诊断,提出了基于边缘计算的继电保护动态诊断技术的整体系统架构和动态诊断方案。在技术方案上,本文阐述了边缘代理对继电保护通信状态、二次回路、电压/电流、纵联通道、装置自检等的动态诊断,以及边缘计算自整定和可扩展等关键技术,实现了继电保护状态动态诊断、工况实时掌握、异常提前预警和缺陷精准定位,全面推动了继电保护运维检修由“事后应对”向“事前诊断”、“人工定巡”向“自动机巡”、“传统个人经验”向“数据智能研判”的转变,有效提升了继电保护运行的可靠程度和专业管理水平,大幅减少了停电时间,保障了厂内机组人员安全。The current development trend in power system leans towards deep integration,employing information technologies like"Big Cloud,loT,Mobile,Intelligence,and Chain"to ensure the security of power plants.A comprehensive system architecture and dynamic diagnostic solution based on edge computing technology are proposed for relay protection.The edge agents are used as edge proxies to analyze and process relay protection operation,alarm,and action information,achieving operational analysis and dynamic diagnostic of relay protection.The technical solution includes dynamic diagnostics of relay protection communication status,Secondary circuit discipline,voltage/current,serial communication channels,and self-checking of devices.Key technologies such as self-calibration and scalability of edge computing are also discussed to achieve status dynamic diagnosis of relay protection,real-time understanding of working conditions,early warning of abnormalities,and precise defect localization.This approach significantly advances the transition of relay protection operation and maintenance from'post-event response'to'pre-event diagnosis','manual inspection'to'automated inspection',and from'traditional personal experience'to'data-driven intelligent judgment.'This effectively enhances the reliability and professional management level of relay protection operations,considerably reduces downtime,and ensures the safety of personnel in plant.
