摘　　要：习近平总书记在党的二十大报告中指出,“健全总揽全局、协调各方的党的领导制度体系,完善党中央重大决策部署落实机制,确保全党在政治立场、政治方向、政治原则、政治道路上同党中央保持高度一致,确保党的团结统一”。落实党中央重大决策部署,是维护党中央权威和集中统一领导的题中应有之义。体现在外汇局这一政治机关,那就是党的理论、路线方针政策以及外汇领域重大决策能够不折不扣得到贯彻执行。Implementing the major decisions and deployments of the Party Central Committee is an essential part of safeguarding the authority and centralized and unified leadership of the Party Central Committee.This is refl ected in the political organ of the State Administration of Foreign Exchange,which means that the Party's theories,guidelines,policies,and major decisions in the field of foreign exchange can be fully implemented and implemented.
