螺纹锚固单边螺栓连接节点火灾后力学性能研究

摘  要:螺纹锚固单边螺栓锚固于带螺纹的螺栓孔。螺纹锚固单边螺栓无需螺母,能够实现单侧安装,因此非常适用于闭口截面钢构件的连接。了解不同结构在火灾后的受力性能具有重要的工程意义,能够为受火结构的鉴定和修复提供依据。通过试验研究了螺纹锚固单边螺栓连接节点在火灾后的性能,试验中采用全过程的加载方式,模拟了火灾从开始到结束的过程,并考虑了火灾发生时节点承受的荷载大小和火灾温度对于其火灾后残余力学性能的影响。试验结果表明,螺纹锚固单边螺栓连接节点共有两种破坏模式,分别为钢管壁屈服破坏和T形板翼缘屈服伴随螺栓破坏。在火灾前后节点的破坏模式不会发生改变,但增加荷载或提升火灾温度可能会导致节点在火灾过程中提前破坏。对于未在火灾过程中破坏的节点,其冷却后的承载力至少可恢复至常温屈服承载力的90%以上,以及常温极限承载力的89%以上,螺纹锚固单边螺栓节点在火灾后仍具有比较好的性能。The anchorage of thread-fixed one-side bolts are provided by the internal threads of the bolt hole.The thread-fixed one-side bolt does not need extra nut and could be installed from only one side,which makes it suitable for the connection of the closed-section steel component.Research on the post-fire behavior of structures is very important,because it helps to identify and repair the structure after cooling from fire.The post-fire behavior of the novel threadfixed one-side bolted connection was studied by experimental research.The full-time test was applied in this paper,which simulated the whole progress of a fire from the beginning to end.The influence of fire temperature and the load level of the connection in fire progress on the post-fire behavior of the connection was analyzed.Test results show that there are two typical failure modes of the thread-fixed one-side bolted connection,which are the yielding of the tube wall and the yielding of the T-stub flange accompanied with bolt failure.Failure mode of the connections would not change after cooling from fire,but the connection might fail in fire stage directly.The connections that did not fail in fire stage could recover at least 90%of its yielding load at ambient temperature and 89%of its ultimate load at ambient temperature,which shows the thread-fixed one-side bolted connection still has a good performance at post-fire circumstance.
