摘  要:为研究考虑型钢初应力的活性粉末混凝土(RPC)包钢组合柱的轴压性能,完成了4根H形截面柱和1根方形截面柱的轴压静载试验。讨论了各参数对组合柱破坏形态、荷载-应变曲线、荷载-位移曲线、承载力和延性的影响。试验结果表明:所有试件RPC应变滞后均消除,RPC和型钢具有良好的共同工作性能。H形截面柱失效模式表现为RPC横向受拉断裂,而方形截面柱表现为腹板RPC剪压破坏。型钢翼缘增厚3 mm后,试件开裂位移提升了8.55%,承载力增大了3.54%,延性增大了1.8%。初应力比增大对试件承载力的影响不大,试件延性在1.7~2.1范围内呈线性下降,同时降低初应力比有助于RPC材料性能的发挥。此外,考虑RPC强度利用系数,提出改进的承载力计算公式,计算结果与试验结果吻合较好。最终,基于有限元软件ABAQUS对组合柱的轴压性能进行了数值模拟,有限元分析结果与试验的结果误差小于5%,并基于此模型进一步研究组合柱受力性能的影响因素。To study the axial compression behavior of steel-encased reactive powder concrete(RPC)composite columns with the initial stress of steel,four H-shaped columns and one square column were tested under axial load.Based on the test data,the effects of various parameters on the failure modes,load-strain curves,load-deformation curves,load bearing capacity,and ductility of composite columns were discussed.According to the test results,the RPC strain lag of all columns is eliminated,illustrating that RPC and steel can work together properly.The failure mode of the Hshaped column is RPC transverse tension fracture,while the failure mode of the square column is RPC shearcompression failure of the web.A 3 mm increase in steel flange thickness can increase the cracking displacement by 8.55%,enhance the bearing capacity by 3.54%,and improve the ductility by 1.8%.The increase in the initial stress ratio has little impact on the bearing capacity,but the ductility decreases linearly in the range of 1.7-2.1.At the same time,the reduction in the initial stress ratio contributes to the full performance of the RPC material.In addition,a set of new equations for predicting the ultimate strength of steel-encased RPC columns are proposed,and the calculated results are in good agreement with the experimental results.Finally,the axial compression performance of the composite column is simulated by using ABAQUS,and the error between the analysis result and the test result is less than 5%.Furthermore,the influencing factors of the axial compression performance of the composite column are investigated by using the FE model.
