摘 要:为研究冷弯厚壁卷边槽钢在轴向滞回荷载作用下的抗震性能,选取了9根壁厚分别为3 mm、8 mm、12 mm和16 mm的冷弯卷边槽钢进行轴向滞回加载试验。通过试验得到荷载-位移滞回曲线,研究长细比、宽厚比、钢材强度等因素对构件抗震性能的影响,并讨论了黏滞阻尼系数、延性系数、刚度退化等问题。研究结果表明:宽厚比、长细比会影响构件的破坏模式,而不同破坏模式又影响构件的抗震性能,如宽厚比或长细比较大的构件会出现不同的失稳破坏模式,导致其拉、压区承载力峰值相差较大,滞回曲线不饱满,总体抗震性能较差;反之,对于宽厚比和长细比均较小的构件,其以强度破坏为主,总体抗震性能较好。因此,应严格控制开口截面构件的宽厚比和长细比。To investigate the seismic performance of cold-formed thick-walled lipped channel steel under axial hysteretic load,nine specimens with wall thicknesses of 3 mm,8 mm,12 mm and 16 mm were selected for axial hysteretic loading experiments.The load-displacement hysteresis curves were obtained through the experiments.The influences of slenderness ratio,width-thickness ratio,and steel strength on the seismic performance of components were studied,and the issues of viscous damping coefficient,ductility coefficient,and stiffness degradation were also discussed.The results show that the width-thickness ratio and slenderness ratio affect the failure mode of the components,and different failure modes affect their seismic performance.For instance,when the width-thickness ratio or slenderness ratio is larger,the components can exhibit different instability failure modes,resulting in a significant difference between the tension and compression zones of the hysteresis curves,with overall poor seismic performance.Conversely,when the width-thickness ratio and slenderness ratio have a relatively small value,the components are mainly characterized by strength failure,with a good seismic performance.Therefore,the width-thickness ratio and slenderness ratio of the open section members should be strictly controlled.
