摘 要:选用OLGA模拟软件针对超临界-密相CO_(2)管道输送工艺进行仿真,分析管道敷设和保温形式、起始压力、起始温度、环境温度和管道直径等不同运行和环境参数对管道输送特性的影响,根据仿真结果确定最优设计工况。结果表明,密相状态的CO_(2)介质其单位阻力损失比超临界状态要小;在保障管道不发生气化的前提下,管道起始压力越低越好;更高的起始温度或环境温度,其介质更难从超临界相转变为密相状态;宜选用经济流速下的管道直径。The OLGA simulation software is selected to simulate the supercritical dense-phase CO_(2)pipeline transportation process,the impact of different operation and environmental parameters such as pipeline laying and insulation form,initial pressure,initial temperature,ambient temperature and pipeline diameter on pipeline transportation characteristics is analyzed,the optimal design conditions are determined according to the simulation results.The results show that the unit resistance loss of dense-phase CO_(2)medium is smaller than that of supercritical CO_(2)medium;On the premise of ensuring that the pipeline will not be gasified,the lower the initial pressure of the pipeline,the better;Higher initial temperature or ambient temperature makes it more difficult for the medium to transform into dense phase from supercritical phase;The pipe diameter under economic flow rate should be selected.
