摘　　要：针对IEC 61499工业过程工控安全体系建设问题,分析了MMB服务接口功能块在应用交互中的重要性。以西门子公司的LicOS EC400 PLC为例,探究了基于IEC 61499标准的控制系统的具体实现。研究结果表明,MMB模块可重复使用,提高其效率及精度;S7-300PLC系统在系统设计和算法组态编程上优势显著,但还需要改进资源利用和程序执行顺序等方面。Aiming at the construction of industrial control safety system in IEC 61499 industrial process,the importance of MMB service interface function block in application interaction is analyzed.Taking LicOS EC400 PLC of Siemens as an example,this paper probes into the concrete realization of the control system based on IEC 61499 standard.The research results show that MMB module can be reused to improve its efficiency and accuracy;S7-300PLC system has obvious advantages in system design and algorithm configuration programming,but it still needs to improve resource utilization and program execution order.
