摘 要:钢结构网架设计在现代厂房建设中应用广泛,能够保证受力的合理性,提供开阔的生产空间,而网架结构的安装施工对工艺技术、组织管理要求较高,必须根据工程特点和综合实力选择合适的方式、方法。论文研究了冷链物流基地钢结构网架施工工艺,并以实际工程案例为研究对象,在明确基本概况的情况下,分析了地面安装、顶升施工等关键环节的若干技术要点,提出了通过有效的技术、经济、组织措施,能够降低人为因素产生的负面影响,保证施工过程的顺利进行。The design of steel structure grid structure is widely used in modern factory building construction,which can ensure the rationality of stress and provide open production space.However,the installation and construction of grid structure requires high requirements for process technology and organizational management,and suitable methods and methods must be selected based on the engineering characteristics and comprehensive strength.The paper studied the construction process of steel structure grid structures in cold chain logistics bases,taking actual engineering cases as the research object,with a clear basic overview,it analyzed several technical points of key links such as ground installation and jacking construction.Through effective technical,economic,and organizational measures,the negative impact of human factors was reduced,ensuring the smooth progress of the construction process.
