摘　　要：基于制度适应性效率视角揭示中国经济韧性强劲的深层根源,结果表明:中国制度适应性效率呈现上升态势,且南方地区制度适应性效率明显高于北方地区;政府部门适应性差异是制度适应性效率差异形成的主要原因,且北方地区政府部门适应性差异的作用强度明显高于南方地区;外部冲击、制度适应性效率与经济韧性逐步形成“外部冲击—经济系统不稳定—不同系统与制度互动—元制度(所有制、分配制以及社会主义市场经济体制)稳定不变,可变经济制度(国有-民营结构、再分配制度以及政府-市场结构)动态调整—制度适应性效率提高—经济韧性”的发展模式。为此,应正确把握制度具有适应性效率的本质,全面了解制度适应性效率差异的形成机理和结构特征,有效促进制度适应性效率提升,以保持经济韧性强劲动力。Based on the perspective of institutional adaptive efficiency,the deep roots of China’s strong economic resilience are revealed.The results show that China’s institutional adaptive efficiency is on the rise,and it is significantly higher in the southern region than in the northern region.Differences in the adaptability of government departments are the main reason for the formation of differences in institutional adaptive efficiency,and the intensity of the role of differences in the adaptability of government departments is significantly higher in the northern region than in the southern region.External shocks,system adaptive efficiency and economic resilience have gradually formed the development model of“external shocks-economic system instability-interaction between different systems and systems-stability of meta-systems(ownership,distribution system and socialist market economy system)and dynamic adjustment of variable economic systems(state-owned-private structure,redistribution system,and government-market structure)-improvement of system adaptive efficiency-economic resilience”.So,we should correctly grasp the nature of the adaptive efficiency of the system,comprehensively understand the formation mechanism and structural characteristics of the differences in the adaptive efficiency of the system,and effectively promote the improvement of the adaptive efficiency of the system in order to maintain a strong impetus for economic resilience.
