长三角地区城市协同发展动态演变及其网络驱动机制研究

摘　　要：基于经济发展、生活质量等7个子系统构建指标体系,运用熵值法和耦合协调度模型测算2007~2020年长三角地区城市协同发展指数。结果表明:长三角地区协同发展水平呈现波动式上升趋势,但不同区域间、不同子系统间存在显著差异。两极分化现象逐渐消除,但内部差异呈现扩大趋势;协同发展类型转移存在路径锁定效应,演化路径具有不确定性。空间格局经历了从“Z”型到“>”型的转变;空间分布呈西北-东南格局,迁移方向由正南-正北转向正东-正西。绩效规模借用、功能规模借用可以提高城市协同发展水平,但存在空间异质性。进一步分析发现,两种借用规模作用于城市协同发展水平的路径存在差异。据此,应加强都市圈内部、都市圈之间板块链接,增强发展动能;促进产业分工协作,加快产业转型升级步伐;推动城市网络结构不断深化,提高网络外部性溢出。The index system is constructed from seven subsystems:economic development,quality of life,and so on.The index of coordinated development of cities in Yangtze River Delta from 2007 to 2020 is calculated by entropy method and coupling coordination degree model.The results show that the overall coordinated development level of Yangtze River Delta is in a fluctuating upward trend,but there are significant differences among different regions and subsystems.Polarization phenomenon gradually disappeared,but internal differences shows an expanding trend.There is path-locking effect in the transfer of coordinated development type,and there is uncertainty in the evolution path.The spatial pattern changed from“Z”type to“>”type.The spatial distribution pattern is northwest-southeast,and the migration direction turns from due south-north to due east-west.Performance scale borrowing and function scale borrowing can improve the level of coordinated development,but there is spatial heterogeneity.Further analysis shows that there are differences in the paths of the two borrowing scales on the level of coordinated development.Therefore,it is necessary to strengthen the link between metropolitan areas and within metropolitan areas to enhance the momentum of development.Strengthen industrial division of labor and cooperation,accelerate industrial transformation and upgrading.Promote the deepening of urban network structure and improve network externality spillover.
