摘　　要：Gleeble3800-GTC型热模拟试验机是一个综合的数字闭环热、机械控制测试系统,是实验室中最重要的模拟试验系统之一。其主要用于冶金过程模拟、金属材料热变形行为模拟等方法。采用该热模拟试验机对试样进行模拟试验,研究了热模拟试验机对新产品开发和工艺优化的应用,结果可为缩短产品研发时间,降低研发成本提供理论基础。The Gleeble3800-GTC thermal simulation testing machine was a comprehensive digital closed-loop thermal and mechanical control testing system,and was one of the most important simulation test systems in the laboratory.It was mainly used for methods such as metallurgical process simulation and thermal deformation behavior simulation of metal materials.The thermal simulation testing machine was used to conduct simulation tests on the samples,and the application of the thermal simulation testing machine to new product development and process optimization was studied.The results could provide a theoretical basis for shortening product development time and reducing research and development costs.
