国医大师黄瑾明基于壮医“谷道浊毒”论治胃肠疾病思路

摘　　要：“三道两路”是构成壮医学的核心理论,其中谷道是壮医道路理论重要组成部分。壮医学说认为谷道宜畅通不息以运行水谷,使天、地、人三气同步,气血调和,机体健康。“谷道”阻塞不通或调节失度,浊毒沉积胃肠,不仅影响“三气”同步,致脾胃气机失衡,发为胃肠疾患,浊毒入血,进一步导致消化系统的危重病症。国医大师黄瑾明从壮医“谷道浊毒”的理论为出发点,临床上运用通腑、祛毒、调气、补虚等壮医内外疗法治疗胃肠病。其治疗思路具体是通胃肠枢机,以调畅整体气机,逐浊毒以推陈致新,补气血复阴阳,以使脾胃气机调和,生机蕴氲,恢复机体的内外平衡和天、地、人三气同步,胃肠道通运畅达,气血生化不绝,从而达到治愈胃肠疾病。"Three passages and two channels"is the core theory of Zhuang medicine,the valley road is an important part of the theory of the theory.Zhuang medicine believes that the valley road should be unblocked to run the water valley,so that heaven,earth and people are synchronized,and the Qi and blood are harmonious,and the body is healthy.The"Valley"obstruction or regulation loss,turbidity poison deposit gastrointestinal,not only affect the"three Qi"synchronization,resulting in imbalance of spleen and stomach Qi,gastrointestinal diseases,turbidity poison into the blood,further lead to serious diseases of the digestive system.TCM Master Huang Jin-ming started from the theory of"turbid poison in the valley"of Zhuang medicine,Clinical use of Tongfu,removing toxins,regulating Qi,filling deficiency and other Zhuang medical internal and external therapies to treat gastro-intestinal diseases.Thinking is gastrointestinal cardinal,their treatment in order to factors overall Qi activity,by turbidity toxin,gastric bowel to push Chen Zhixin,fill Qi and blood,Yin and Yang,so that the spleen and stomach Qi activity,accumulate Yun,restore the body's internal and external balance and heaven,earth,three synchronization,gastrointestinal run orderly,blood bio-chemistry,so as to achieve the purpose of the treatment of gastrointestinal diseases.
