摘　　要：禽传染性支气管炎(infectious bronchitis,IB)是由禽传染性支气管炎病毒(infectious bronchitis virus,IBV)引起鸡的一种急性、高度接触性传染病,疫苗接种仍是国内控制和预防此病的主要手段。由于IBV血清型众多,变异程度高,传统疫苗已无法达到良好的防控效果,影响国内养禽业的发展。对现阶段IBV相关疫苗的种类及使用利弊进行综述,旨在为新型IBV疫苗的研发方向提供思路,为更好的预防和控制IB提供理论参考。Avian infectious bronchitis(IB)is an acute and highly contagious infectious disease of chickens caused by avian infectious bronchitis virus(IBV),which is controlled and prevented by vaccinating in China.However,due to the large number of IBV serotypes and high degree of variation,the traditional vaccine has been unable to achieve a good control effect,affecting the development of domestic poultry industry.This review summarizes the types,advantages,and disadvantages of IBV related vaccines at present,in order to provide ideas for the research development trend of new IBV vaccines and theoretical reference for better prevention and control of IB.
