摘  要:非洲猪瘟(African swine fever,ASF)是影响养猪业发展的最重要疫病之一,其病原体为非洲猪瘟病毒(African swine fever virus,ASFV)。由于该病毒基因组庞大,生物学特性复杂,其增殖、分离通常需要使用猪原代细胞并且只能在经授权的生物安全三级以上实验室进行,阻碍了对该病的基础研究及疫苗研发。对ASFV开展深入的生物学特性研究和疫苗研发,原代细胞仍然是不可或缺的工具。因此,对目前已报道可用于ASFV繁殖的原代细胞种类、优缺点,以及研究应用现状进行综述,目的是为从事相关工作的科研人员提供思路和参考。African swine fever(ASF) is one of the most important diseases affecting the development of pig industry,and its pathogen is African swine fever virus(ASFV).Due to the large genome and complex biological characteristics of the virus,its proliferation and isolation usually require the use of porcine primary cells and can only be carried out in authorized biosafety level 3 or above laboratories,hindering basic research on the disease and vaccine development.Primary cells remain an indispensable tool for further biological characterization and vaccine development of ASFV.In this paper,the types,advantages and disadvantages of primary cells that can be used for ASFV propagation were reviewed,as well as the status quo of research and application,so as to provide ideas and references for researchers engaged in related work.
