摘  要:为制备出低能耗、低排放的植生混凝土,利用地质聚合物作为胶凝材料,通过正交试验分析了影响粉煤灰基地质聚合物植生混凝土(FGVC)有效孔隙率和抗压强度的主要影响因素。在实验室制备了FGVC,系统研究了其物理力学性能,确定了其最佳配合比和制备工艺。以氢氧化钠及水玻璃作为活化剂来激发矿渣-粉煤灰体系,石灰岩为粗骨料,基于正交试验法选定了碱活化剂模数、碱固含量与粉煤灰质量比、矿渣掺量这3个影响因素进行了3因素3水平试验,研究各因素在水胶比为0.3和固化温度为65℃时对FGVC孔隙率、渗透系数、抗压强度和孔隙环境pH值的影响程度,进而优选出有效孔隙率适宜、强度较高和pH值适中的配合比。结果表明:当碱活化剂的模数从1.0增加到1.4时,FGVC的总孔隙率和有效孔隙率呈下降趋势,抗压强度呈上升趋势,碱度呈下降趋势;当碱固含量与粉煤灰质量比从0.10增加到0.20时,FGVC的总孔隙度和有效孔隙度呈现先减小后增大的趋势,抗压强度先增大后减小;当矿渣含量由10%增加到20%时,FGVC的总孔隙率和有效孔隙率呈现先减小后增大的趋势,抗压强度先增大后减小;当碱活化剂的模数为1.4时,碱固含量与粉煤灰质量比为15%,矿渣掺量为15%时,FGVC的物理力学性能最佳,透水性良好,混凝土孔隙碱度最低。In order to produce low energy consumption and low emission vegetation concrete,the geopolymer is used as cementitious material,the main influencing factors of effective porosity and compressive strength of fly ash based geopolymer vegetation concrete(FGVC)are analyzed by orthogonal test.FGVC is prepared in the laboratory,and its physical and mechanical properties are studied systematically.Activated slag-fly ash system with sodium hydroxide and sodium silicate as activators,limestone as coarse aggregate,based on the orthogonal test method,3 factors including modulus of alkali activator,ratio of alkali-solid content to fly ash mass and slag content are selected to carry out three-factor and three-level tests,the effects of various factors on the porosity,permeability,compressive strength and pH value of pore environment of FGVC are studied when the water-binder ratio is 0.3 and the curing temperature is 65℃,then the mixture ratio with suitable effective porosity,high strength and moderate pH value is optimized.The result shows that(1)the total porosity and effective porosity of FGVC decreased when the modulus of basic activator increased from 1.0 to 1.4,and the compressive strength showed an upward trend,while the alkalinity showed a downward trend;(2)when the ratio of alkali-solid content to fly ash increased from 0.10 to 0.20,the total porosity and effective porosity of FGVC decreased first and then increased,and the compressive strength increased first and then decreased;(3)when the content of slag increased from 10%to 20%,the total porosity and effective porosity of FGVC decreased first and then increased,and the compressive strength increased first and then decreased;(4)when the modulus of alkali activator is 1.4,the ratio of alkali-solid content to fly ash is 15%,and the content of slag is 15%,the physical and mechanical properties of FGVC are the best,the water permeability is good,and the pore alkalinity of concrete is the lowest.
