摘 要:为提升冲击弹性波定性检测方法在孔道压浆密实度检测中的精度,评价指标计算的科学性、激振工具和检测方法的适用性,结合现行规程对定性检测方法的收录情况,分析了定性检测方法在行业中的应用情况。通过研究冲击弹性波定性检测方法的基本检测原理、检测方法、现场实施和综合压浆指标算法,发现冲击弹性波定性检测方法的综合评价指标结果离散较大,单方向激振与受信偏于过高估计压浆质量,信号质量受激振影响大的问题。又分别研究了定性检测方法中的基于能量变化的全长衰减法,基于频率变化的传递函数法和基于波速变化的全长波速法的原理和力学意义,发现全长衰减法的检测结果易受结构和系统误差影响,传递函数法的分析结果易受压浆缺陷长度的影响,全长波速法的检测结果受压浆质量影响较大等特点。通过提出专用的激振工具,双向激振技术和适用性分析,结合理论验算和实际应用,提升了全长衰减法、传递函数法和全长波速法的检测效果。通过适时选择分析方法和建立压浆指数基准值等方法,使预应力孔道压浆密实度定性检测的综合分析方法更具参考性,并总结、阐明了定性检测3种方法的优缺点和适用性。In order to improve the accuracy of the impact elastic wave qualitative detection method in detection of duct grouting density and evaluate the scientific calculation of indicators,and evaluate the scientificity of indicator calculation and the applicability of excitation tools and detection methods,combining with the collection of qualitative detection methods in current regulations,the application of qualitative detection methods in the industry is analyzed.By studying the basic detection principle,detection method,field implementation and comprehensive indicator algorithm,it is found that the result of comprehensive evaluation indicator obtained by impact elastic wave qualitative detection method is discrete,unidirectional excitation and reception tend to overestimate the grouting quality,and the signal quality is greatly affected by the excitation.The principles and mechanical significances of the energy change based full-length attenuation method,the frequency change based transfer function method and the wave velocity change based full-length wave velocity method are studied respectively.It is found that the detection result of full-length attenuation method is susceptible to structural and systematic errors,the analysis result of transfer function method is susceptible to the length of grouting defect,and the detection result of full-length wave velocity method is greatly susceptible to grouting quality.By proposing specialized excitation tools,bidirectional excitation technology and applicability analysis,combining with theoretical checking calculation and practical application,the detection effectiveness of full-length attenuation method,transfer function method and fulllength wave velocity method are improved.By timely selecting the analysis methods and establishing the reference value of grouting indicator,the comprehensive analysis method for qualitative detection of grouting density in prestressed ducts is more informative,and the advantages,disadvantages and applicability of the 3 qualitative detect
