摘　　要：为开发柞蚕蛹的食用保健价值,研究其对幽门结扎所致大鼠胃溃疡作用。结果表明,与模型组比较,各剂量组的柞蚕蛹粉均能降低幽门结扎型大鼠胃组织的胃液酸度、胃溃疡指数及胃组织黏膜中丙二醛(MDA)含量(P<0.05或P<0.01)、氢⁃钾ATP酶活性(P<0.01),提高胃组织黏膜中超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)活性和一氧化氮(NO)含量(P<0.05或P<0.01),并以中剂量组柞蚕蛹粉作用效果最好,同时可减轻胃溃疡大鼠胃粘膜的组织病理学病变。柞蚕蛹粉对幽门结扎型大鼠胃溃疡具有一定的保护作用,该研究为柞蚕蛹开发应用提供了理论依据。In order to develop the edible value and health care function of tussah silkworm pupa,the composition of tus⁃sah pupa powder were analyzed and its effects on gastric ulcer induced by pylorus ligation in rats were studied.The re⁃sults showed that compared with the model group,each dose group of tussah pupa powder could reduce the acidity of gastric juice,gastric ulcer index,as well as the contents of malondialdehyde(MDA)(P<0.05 or P<0.01)and activity of hydrogen potassium ATPase(H+K+⁃ATPase)(P<0.01)in gastric mucosa of pylorus ligated rats,and increase the activity of SOD enzyme and NO in gastric mucus(P<0.05 or P<0.01).The effect of tussah pupa powder in the middle dose group was the best,and the powder could alleviate the histopathological changes of the gastric mucosa in gastric ulcer rats.The effect of tussah pupa powder on gastric ulcer in rats with pyloric ligation was found to be protective,which provides a theoretical basis for the development and application of tussah pupa.
