摘 要:为确保椭球形金属隔膜可靠工作,采用数值模拟方法研究了不同母线椭圆率的椭球形金属隔膜翻转行为,重点分析了其对隔膜翻转压力、径向失稳和最终翻转型面的影响机理。结果表明,母线椭圆率的增加分别对隔膜翻转前期和后期的翻转压力产生负向和正向影响;母线椭圆率越大的隔膜在翻转过程中越容易发生径向失稳现象,且失稳程度更明显;随着母线椭圆率的增加隔膜最终翻转型面由椭球形转变为球形。因此在椭球形隔膜设计阶段应对母线椭圆率的影响加以考虑。To ensure the reliable operation of the ellipsoidal metal diaphragm,the overturning behavior of the ellipsoidal metal diaphragm with different generatrix ellipticities was studied by the numerical simulation,and the effect mechanism on the overturning pressure,radial instability and final overturning profile was analyzed.The results show that the increase of the generatrix ellipticity has a negative and positive effect on the overturning pressure in the early and late stages respectively.The radial instability is easily occurred during the overturning process for diaphragm with a larger generatrix ellipticity,and the degree of instability is more obvious.With the increase of the generatrix ellipticity,the final overturning profile of the diaphragm changes from ellipsoidal to spherical.Therefore,the influence of the generatrix ellipticity should be considered in the design stage of the ellipsoidal diaphragm.
