论人本管理的本真语义及儒家人本探析

摘　　要：人本管理是当今社会从企业管理到政府治理,从理论研究到实践应用,从现状检验到未来预测的一个标签性词汇,它指称的不仅是认识水平和管理能力,更体现着观念格局和发展基础。但一直以来,人们对于这个概念的认识和把握,都处在纠缠不清的状况,以至于被许多人作了功利主义的理解和应用,成为其支配和占有他人利益的合理依据和手段。不仅曲解了人本管理的本意,更重要的是阻碍了认识观念的发展和管理格局的提升。通过对人本管理本真语意的探索,不仅厘清了这一概念的基本内涵,而且对于儒家人本进行系统梳理与客观评价,既在理论上,也在应用中为儒家人本管理实践的提升提供了借鉴。Humanistic management is a label word from enterprise management to government governance,from theoretical research to practical application,from status quo testing to future prediction in today’s society,which refers not only to the level of understanding and management ability,but also to reflect the conceptual pattern and development foundation.However,for a long time,people’s understanding and grasp of this concept have been in a state of entanglement,so that many people have made utilitarian understanding and application,and has become a reasonable basis and means for them to dominate and occupy the interests of others.It not only distorts the original meaning of humanistic management,but more importantly,hinders the development of understanding concepts and the improvement of management patterns.Through the exploration of the true semantics of humanistic management,this paper not only clarifies the basic connotation of this concept,but also systematically sorts out and objectively evaluates Confucianism,which provides reference for the improvement of Confucian-based management practice both in theory and application.
