摘  要:通过刚性模型测压风洞试验在均匀流场中测试了标准方柱和圆角率分别为0.1,0.2,0.3和0.4的圆角方柱在12万雷诺数及0°~45°风向角内的表面风压,进而分析了风向角以及圆角率对模型气动特性的影响规律。结果表明:随着风向角的增大,圆角方柱的平均阻力系数均先减小后增大,最后趋于平稳,平均升力系数则先增大后减小,最后趋于稳定,圆角方柱平均升/阻力系数取得最大(或最小)值的风向角小于标准方柱,其中:圆角率为0.1的圆角方柱在7.5°附近,圆角率为0.2,0.3,和0.4的圆角方柱则在5°附近;当风向角小于10°时,圆角方柱的脉动升力系数随风向角增大先减小后增大且远小于标准方柱;当风向角大于10°时,圆角方柱的脉动升力系数随风向角增大变化较小且略大于标准方柱;圆角方柱的斯特劳哈尔数随风向角的增大均呈现出先增大后减小的趋势,最大值随圆角率的增大逐渐增大。The surface wind pressure of a standard square cylinder and a rounded square cylinder with rounded corner ratios of 0.1,0.2,0.3,and 0.4 were measured in a uniform flow field with a rigid model wind tunnel test at Reynolds number Re=120000 and wind direction angles from 0°to 45°,and the influence of wind direction angles and rounded corner ratios on the aerodynamic characteristics of the model was analyzed.Results show that:with the increase of the wind direction angle,the mean drag coefficient of the rounded square cylinder decreases initially,then increases,and eventually levels off,and while the mean lift coefficient increases after the first decrease,and finally tends to be stable.The wind direction angle which the rounded square cylinder mean lift and drag coefficient secures the most(or least)value at is less than the standard square cylinder,of which the rounded square cylinder with the corner ratio of 0.1 around 7.5°,and with rounded corner ratio of 0.2,0.3,and 0.4 are around 5°.When the wind direction angle is less than 10°,with the increase of the wind direction angle,the fluctuating lift coefficient of the rounded square cylinder decreases first and then increases,and is much smaller than that of the standard square cylinder.When the wind direction angles are more than 10°,with the increase of the wind direction angle,the fluctuating lift coefficient of the rounded square cylinder has little change and is slightly larger than that of the standard square cylinder.The Strouhal number of the rounded square cylinder increases first and then decreases with the increase of the wind direction angle,and that maximum value gradually increases with the increase of the rounded corner ratio.
