摘  要:为提高货车的自动化检测水平,达到安全运输目的,设计货车故障以及车辆图像检测系统,提升故障及超限检测效果。以CMOS图像传感器为高速摄像装置,采集货车全方位图像,输出图像至检测分析中心,通过图像合法区域提取、无关图像信息提出后,分别比较面积比、拟合外包络线斜率与阈值大小检测货车故障;通过在超限信息、车号及车序间建立关联性,通过图形方式呈现各车辆的超限图像检测结果。实验结果表明:该系统可通过采集图像速度补偿,显著提升图像视觉效果,可检测超限区域,可精准检测车辆故障。In order to improve the automatic detection level of freight cars and achieve the purpose of safe transportation,a freight car image detection system is designed to improve the effect of fault and overrun detection.The CMOS image sensor is used as a high-speed camera to collect the omni-directional image of the truck and output the image to the detection and analysis center.Af-ter extracting the legal area of the image and putting forward the irrelevant image information,the area ratio,the slope of the fit-ting outer envelope and the threshold value are compared respectively to detect the fault of the truck;By establishing correlation among overrun information,vehicle number and vehicle sequence,the overrun image detection results of each vehicle are present-ed graphically.The experimental results show that the system can significantly improve the image visual effect through image ac-quisition speed compensation;It can detect out of gauge areas and accurately detect vehicle faults.
