摘  要:温邪自口鼻而入,鼻黏膜是病原体侵袭感染宿主的第一部位。当病原从口鼻侵袭人体上呼吸道时,鼻黏膜上皮细胞的物理防御能起到一定的防御作用,此外,鼻黏膜上皮下的树突状细胞(DCs)可直接或间接捕获抗原,启动一系列免疫应答。现代研究发现,中医药可通过上调紧密连接蛋白改善鼻黏膜上皮细胞紧密连接、调节鼻黏液中的分泌型免疫球蛋白A(IgA)水平等以加强鼻黏膜的防御屏障,可通过调控Toll样受体(TLR)、NF-кB、p38-MARK等信号通路下调促炎因子缓解感染症状。本文对免疫应答以及中医药调控鼻黏膜免疫研究进展作一综述。Warm pathogens enter from mouth and nose,and nasal mucosa is the first part of the host infected by pathogens.When the pathogen invades the upper respiratory tract of the human body from the mouth and nose,the physical defense of the nasal mucosa epithelial cells can play a certain role in defense.In addition,the dendritic cells(DCs)under the nasal mucosa can directly or indirectly capture antigens and start a series of immune responses.Modern studies have found that TCM can enhance the defense barrier of nasal mucosa by up-regulating tight junction protein to improve the tight junction of nasal mucosa epithelial cells,regulate the level of secretory immunoglobulin A(IgA)in nasal mucus,and can regulate TLR,NF-кB and p38-MARK and other signaling pathways down-regulating proinflammatory factors to alleviate infection symptoms.This study reviewed the progress of nasal mucosa immunity from immune response and regulation of TCM.
