摘  要:本文以PVA、PAM、AlCl_(3)以及EDTA-Na为原料制备出一种新型络合诱导除氟剂,采用正交实验筛选出制备络合诱导除氟剂的最佳工艺条件为:反应温度为60℃、反应时间为2h、反应体系pH值为8,PVA、PAM、AlCl_(3)及EDTA-Na加量分别为20wt%、8wt%、15wt%以及10wt%。并通过间歇除氟与连续动态除氟实验评价了该络合诱导除氟剂效果,结果表明,针对初始F-浓度为5mg·L^(-1)的废水,络合诱导除氟剂加量为50mg·L^(-1),体系p H值为8,20min后除氟率可达82%以上;Ca^(2+)与CO32-浓度对除氟效果影响显著,较高浓度下会大幅削弱除氟效果;酸性环境或强碱环境下,除氟效果不佳;动态连续除氟实验中,在35h之前,该络合诱导除氟剂可维持除氟率在82%以上,以800mg·h^(-1)的速度补充泵注PAM强化絮凝后,可使除氟率持续维持在82%以上,出口水浊度在6NTU以下。In this paper,PVA,PAM,aluminium chloride and EDTA-Na were used as raw materials to prepare a new type of complex induced defluoridation agent.The orthogonal test was used to screen out the optimal conditions for preparing the complex induced defluoridation agent.The reaction temperature was 60℃,the reaction time was 2h,the pH value of the reaction system was 8,and the dosage of PVA,PAM,Aluminium chloride and EDTA-Na was 20wt%,8wt%,15wt%and 10%,respectively.The effect of the complex induced defluoridation agent was evaluated through intermittent defluoridation and continuous dynamic defluoridation experiments,The results showed that for wastewater with an initial fluoride ion concentration of 5mg·L^(-1),the dosage of complexation induced defluorination agent was 50mg·L^(-1),and the system pH was 8,and the defluorination rate could reach over 82%after 20 minutes;The concentration of calcium and carbonate ions has a significant effect on the effect of defluorination,and the effect of defluorination rate will be greatly weakened at higher concentrations;In acidic or strongly alkaline environments,the removal of fluoride is not effective;In the dynamic continuous defluorination experiment,the complexation induced defluorination agent can maintain a defluorination rate of over 82%before 35 hours.After adding PAM at a rate of 800mg·h^(-1) to enhance flocculation,the defluorination rate can be maintained above 82%,and the outlet water turbidity is below 6NTU.
