摘 要:目的探讨虚拟仿真系统在腹腔镜外科常用基本操作临床教学及技能培训中的应用效果。方法选取2021年9月—2022年6月皖南医学院临床医学院2019级五年制本科生120名(1、2、3、4班)为研究对象,按自然班级分组,1班、2班60名为试验组,3班、4班60名为对照组,试验组采用虚拟仿真系统与传统腹腔镜外科教学相结合的教学方法,对照组则采用传统腹腔镜外科学教学模式。比较两组教学的效果。结果试验组腹腔镜基本操作教学考核成绩、腹腔镜下胆囊切除术模拟手术操作教学考核成绩以及腹腔镜下阑尾切除术模拟手术操作教学考核成绩均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);教学满意度的评分方面,试验组高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论虚拟现实(virtual reality,VR)技术在腹腔镜外科常用基本操作教学中具有明显优势,未来将会成为外科手术学教学的重要方式。Objective To explore the application effect of virtual simulation system in clinical teaching and skill training of common basic operations of laparoscopic surgery.Methods A total of 120 five-year undergraduate students(classes 1,2,3 and 4)from the Clinical School of Wannan Medical College in 2019 from September 2021 to June 2022 were selected as the study objects.They were grouped according to natural classes,with 60 students from classes 1 and 2 as the experimental group and 60 students from classes 3 and 4 as the control group.Teaching method of combining virtual simulation system with traditional laparoscopic surgery teaching was adopted in the experimental group,while traditional laparoscopic surgery teaching mode was adopted in the control group.The teaching effect of the two groups was compared.Results The test scores of laparoscopic basic operation teaching,laparoscopic cholecystectomy simulated operation teaching and laparoscopic appendectomy simulated operation teaching of experimental group were higher than those of control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The score of teaching satisfaction in experimental group was higher than that in control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Virtual reality(VR)technology has obvious advantages in the teaching of common basic operations of laparoscopic surgery,and it will become an important way of surgical surgery teaching in the future.
