摘　　要：肛周湿疹(perianal eczema)是肛肠科常见的一种皮肤病,因为发病部位在隐私部位,患者往往得不到正确治疗,影响患者生活质量。肛周湿疹常作为各种直肠疾病、皮肤病、过敏或病原体诱导的疾病后遗症或首发症状发生,经常表现为瘙痒难忍、灼热、分泌物渗出、皮疹呈多形性、易复发,好发于任何年龄段。西医治疗主要以抗炎、脱敏、止痒、改善皮肤屏障功能为主,中医治疗以中药为主,结合多种治疗方式,疗效确切。本研究通过检索大量文献,概述了肛周湿疹的发病机理及中医对肛周湿疹的认知,介绍了根据发病机制的肛周湿疹分类方法,综述了近年来临床上用于治疗肛周湿疹效果较好的新药、前沿手术方式和中医特色治疗手段,对该病的中西医研究进展做进一步总结,以期为临床医生对该病的诊断和治疗提供参考,从而使患者能得到有效治疗。Perianal eczema is a common skin disease in the proctology department.Because the onset of perianal eczema is in the private parts,patients often can not receive proper treatment,which has great impact on the life quality of patients.Perianal eczema often occurs as a sequela or first symptom of various rectal diseases,skin diseases,allergy or pathogen-induced diseases,and often is characterized by intolerable itching,burning,secretion oozing,polymorphic rash,easy to recur,and can accur at any age.Western medicine treatment of perianal eczema mainly focuses on anti-inflammatory,desensitization,itch relieving,and improvement of the skin barrier function.Traditional Chinese medicine treatment combining a variety of therapeutic modalities,and has exact effect.By searching a large number of literatures,this study summarized the pathogenesis of perianal eczema and the cognition of traditional Chinese medicine on perianal eczema,the classification method of perianal eczema according to the pathogenesis,and reviewed the new medicines,cutting-edge surgical methods and traditional Chinese medicine treatment means which were clinically used to treat perianal eczema in recent years,and further summarized the Chinese and western medicine research progress on perianal eczema,in order to provide reference for clinicians to diagnose and treat perianal eczema,so that patients can be effectively treated.
