基于多数据库分析CPT2在肾透明细胞癌中的表达及临床意义

摘　　要：目的:研究肉碱棕榈酰基转移酶Ⅱ基因(CPT2)在肾透明细胞癌(clear cell renal cell carcinoma,ccRCC)中的表达情况,探讨其表达差异与临床病理特征及预后生存的关系。方法:计算机检索Oncomine数据库、GEPIA平台、Human Protein Atlas和TCGA数据库中关于CPT2在肾ccRCC中表达的相关文献,检索时限为建库至2023年9月20日。分析CPT2在ccRCC中的表达,并研究表达量与患者临床病理参数及预后的关系。结果:CPT2在肝脏正常组织中的表达量最高,在肾脏中居第3位,在肾癌中的表达量位于各种肿瘤组织的第3位。Oncomine数据库中,CPT2表达差异结果有意义的研究共有232项。CPT2在ccRCC中的表达量低,其表达量与ccRCC患者的性别、肿瘤分期、肿瘤分化程度、T分期、远处转移相关(P<0.05)。CPT2表达量与肾透明细胞癌患者总生存率有关(Logrank P=1.9×10^(-13))。结论:CPT2在不同癌症中的表达情况不一,在ccRCC中呈低表达,其低表达与ccRCC部分恶性表型相关,且与患者总体生存率低有关。Objective To investigate the expression of carnitine palmitoyltransferase II gene(CPT2)in renal clear cell carcinoma,and to explore its relationship with clinical pathological features and prognosis and survival.Methods Computer search of relevant literature on the expression of CPT2 in renal clear cell carcinoma in Online database,GEPIA platform,Human Protein Atlas,and TCGA database,with a search deadline of September 20,2023.to analyze the expression of CPT2 in ccRcc and investigate the relationship between expression level and clinical pathological parameters and prognosis of patients.Results CPT2 has the highest expression level in normal liver tissues,ranking third in the kidneys,and third in various tumor tissues in renal cancer.There are a total of 232 studies in the Online database that have significant differences in expression with CPT2.The expression level of CPT2 is low in ccRcc,and its expression level is related to the gender,tumor stage,tumor differentiation degree,T stage,and distant metastasis of ccRcc patients(P<0.05).The expression level of CPT2 is related to the overall survival rate of ccRcc patients(Logrank P=1.9×10^(-13)).Conclusions The expression of CPT2 is inconsistent among different cancers,showing low expression in ccRcc.Its low expression is associated with some malignant phenotypes of ccRcc and is associated with low overall survival rate of patients.
