踝关节骨折手术治疗和手法复位治疗效果分析

摘　　要：目的研究手法复位和手术治疗踝关节骨折的效果。方法40例踝关节骨折患者,根据治疗方法不同分为观察组和对照组,每组20例。对照组通过手法复位方法进行治疗,观察组通过手术方法进行治疗。比较两组患者临床疗效以及治疗前后的Kofoed评分。结果观察组治疗总有效率70.00%与对照组的65.00%比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。治疗后,两组患者Kofoed评分高于本组治疗前,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);但观察组患者Kofoed评分(89.72±7.48)分与对照组的(88.97±8.03)分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论对踝关节骨折患者通过手法复位和手术方法进行治疗均可获得良好的效果,临床应根据患者骨折的实际情况灵活选择治疗方法,轻度骨折患者以手法复位治疗效果更好,重度骨折患者则通过手术治疗效果更好。Objective To study the effect of surgical treatment and manual reduction for ankle fractures.Methods A total of 40 patients with ankle fractures were divided into an observation group and a control group according to different treatment methods,with 20 cases in each group.The control group was treated by manual reduction,and the observation group was treated by surgical treatment.The clinical efficacy and Kofoed scores before and after treatment were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of the observation group was 70.00%,which was not statistically significant from that of 65.00%of the control group(P>0.05).After treatment,Kofoed score of the two groups was higher than that before treatment,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).However,there was no statistically significant difference in Kofoed score between the observation group[(89.72±7.48)points]and the control group[(88.97±8.03)points](P>0.05).Conclusion Both manual reduction and surgical treatment can obtain a good effect on patients with ankle fractures.The treatment methods should be flexibly selected according to the actual situation of the fracture.Manual reduction is better for patients with mild fractures,and surgical treatment is better for patients with severe fractures.
