喜炎平注射液联合小儿豉翘清热颗粒治疗小儿肺炎的效果分析

摘　　要：目的研究喜炎平注射液联合小儿豉翘清热颗粒治疗小儿肺炎的效果。方法选取114例肺炎患儿为研究对象,采用随机数字表法分成对照组和观察组,每组57例。对照组给予常规对症支持治疗,观察组在对照组基础上给予小儿豉翘清热颗粒联合喜炎平注射液治疗。比较两组治疗效果、临床症状消失时间、炎症因子[血清降钙素原(PCT)和C反应蛋白(CRP)]水平、不良反应发生情况。结果治疗7 d后,观察组患儿总有效率94.74%高于对照组的78.95%,差异具有统计学意义(χ^(2)=6.218,P=0.013<0.05)。观察组患儿的退热时间、肺部啰音消失时间、咳嗽消失时间分别为(3.43±0.36)、(5.10±0.54)、(6.32±0.42)d,显著短于对照组的(4.20±0.45)、(6.58±0.59)、(7.20±0.52)d,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗前,两组PCT和CRP水平比较差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗7 d后,观察组的血清PCT(0.32±0.05)μg/L、CRP(2.1±0.3)mg/L均低于对照组的(0.50±0.09)μg/L、(3.5±0.4)mg/L,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗期间,对照组患儿不良反应发生率为14.04%,观察组为15.79%,两组轻度不良反应发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(χ^(2)=0.069,P=0.793>0.05)。结论喜炎平注射液联合小儿豉翘清热颗粒治疗小儿肺炎的疗效肯定,促进炎症反应的控制,促进临床症状缓解,值得推广。Objective To study the effect of Xiyanping injection combined with Xiaoer Chiqiao Qingre granules in the treatment of pneumonia in children.Methods A total of 114 children with pneumonia were divided into a control group and an observation group according to the random numerical table,with 57 cases in each group.The control group was given routine symptomatic treatment,and the observation group was given Xiaoer Chiqiao Qingre granules combined with Xiyanping injection on the basis of the control group.The therapeutic effect,disappearance time of clinical symptoms,levels of inflammatory factors[serum procalcitonin(PCT)and C-reactive protein(CRP)]and occurrence of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results After 7 d of treatment,the total effective rate in the observation group was 94.74%,which was higher than that of 78.95%in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=6.218,P=0.013<0.05).The fever reduction time,lung rale disappearance time and cough disappearance time in the observation group were(3.43±0.36),(5.10±0.54)and(6.32±0.42)d,which were significantly shorter than those of(4.20±0.45),(6.58±0.59)and(7.20±0.52)d in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Before treatment,there were no statistically significant differences in PCT and CRP levels between the two groups(P>0.05).After 7 d of treatment,the serum PCT of(0.32±0.05)μg/L and CRP of(2.1±0.3)mg/L in the observation group were lower than those of(0.50±0.09)μg/L and(3.5±0.4)mg/L in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).During treatment,the incidence of adverse reactions was 14.04%in the control group and 15.79%in the observation group.There was no statistically significant difference in the incidence of mild adverse reactions between the two groups(χ^(2)=0.069,P=0.793>0.05).Conclusion Xiyanping injection combined with Xiaoer Chiqiao Qingre granules has definite curative effect in the treatment of pneumonia in childre
