摘　　要：智慧社区是社会生活的空间载体,也是实现人民美好生活的重要途径。模块化空间产品作为智慧社区的服务终端,其创新能力决定了智慧社区发展水平的高低。随着智慧技术不断发展,呈现与空间要素不断融合的新趋势,为创新智慧社区空间产品提供无限可能。本文通过探索智慧社区模块化空间产品从元件、组件、模块到单元的组织方式,基于技术发展推演未来智慧社区演化逻辑的六个阶段,希冀为智慧社区的技术转化与人性需求带来双向促进,为面向未来的智慧社区建设提供新的思路与方向。Smart communities are the spatial carrier of social life and an important way to realize people's wellbeing.Modularized spatial products are the service terminal and construction key of smart communities,and their innovation capability determines the development level of smart communities.With the continuous development of smart technologies,new trends of integration with spatial elements have emerged,providing important opportunities for innovating smart community spatial products.This paper explores the organizational methods of modularized spatial products in smart communities from elements,components,modules to units,and deduces the evolutionary logic of smart communities across six stages based on technological development,with the hope of bringing mutual promotion between technology transformation and human needs in smart communities,and providing insights for the construction of smart communities towards the future.
