摘　　要：新疆苏东农牧科技有限公司于2023年度在乌鲁木齐米东区开展兽医社会化服务创业示范建设的工作,通过此项工作的开展以促进“三农”骨干人才乡村产业振兴带头人及其团队成员的人才培养。2023年全年度在乌鲁木齐市米东区动物防疫工作的开展,共计免疫牛8.66万头、羊42.78万头、猪5.88万头、骆驼0.6万峰、犬0.56万只、禽56.25万羽,免疫密度平均达到99.45%;开展畜牧业新技术示范推广项目2项;团队成员开展技术交流、学习4人次;申请软件著作权1项、乌鲁木齐市地方标准3项,发表专业论文2篇;出版《村级动物防疫员》新型职业农民培训教材1本,并对村级防疫员开展专业技术培训,对养殖户提供专业培训和技术咨询1000人次、发放技术资料2000份。Xinjiang Sudong Agriculture and Animal Husbandry Technology Co,Ltd.carried out the demonstration construction of veterinary socialized service entrepreneurship in Midong District,Urumqi in 2023.Through this work,it aims to promote the talent cultivation of key talents in rural industry revitalization,rural areas,and farmers,as well as their team members.In 2023,animal epidemic prevention work was carried out in Midong District,Urumqi City,with a total of 86600 cows,427800 sheep,58800 pigs,6000 camels,5600 dogs,and 562500 birds immunized,with an average immune density of 99.45%;Carry out 2 demonstration and promotion projects for new technologies in animal husbandry;4 team members conducted technical exchanges and learning sessions;Apply for 1 software copyright,3 local standards in Urumqi,and publish 2 professional papers;Publish one new vocational farmer training textbook titled‘Village level Animal Epidemic Prevention Personnel',and provide professional technical training for village level epidemic prevention personnel.Provide 1000 professional training and technical consultations to farmers,and distribute 2000 technical materials.
