摘　　要：职业技能大赛是以促进劳动者素质提高为目标,以提高劳动者职业技能和工作质量为主要内容。大赛的项目、内容、规则都是由行业企业所设定的,与学校的教学要求不能很好地对接。因此,在课程教学中加入技能大赛内容,使之与行业企业标准对接,才能培养出满足社会需求的高素质职业技能人才。Vocational skills competition is to promote the quality of workers as the goal,to improve workers'vocational skills and work quality as the main content.The project,content and rules of the competition are all set by the industry and enterprises,which cannot be well connected with the teaching requirements of the school.Therefore,adding the content of skill competition in the course teaching and docking it with the industry and enterprise standards can cultivate high-quality vocational skills talents to meet the needs of society.
