摘　　要：功能性消化不良为临床多发病和常见病,作者在长期的临床实践中体悟,认为肝寒是本病的重要病机之一,部分患者从肝寒论治可以收到很好的疗效。文章着重围绕肝之形质、肝之气化、肝寒致病机制、肝寒治则治法进行阐述,并介绍临床常用经验方,供读者参考探讨。Functional dyspepsia is a frequently occurring and common disease in clinical practice.In our long-term clinical practice,we believe that liver cold is one of the important pathogenesis,and some patients can receive good curative effect from liver cold treatment.This article focused on the shape and quality of liver,liver gasification,the pathogenesis of liver cold,the treatment principles and methods of liver cold,and introduced the commonly clinical experience,in order to provide readers with references to discuss.
