摘 要:番茄潜叶蛾Tuta absoluta是一种世界性检疫害虫,由于其对化学农药已产生抗药性,需要采取生物防治方法进行可持续防控。本研究旨在明确三种本地赤眼蜂(螟黄赤眼蜂、玉米螟赤眼蜂、松毛虫赤眼蜂)对番茄潜叶蛾卵的寄生潜能,为选育优良赤眼蜂种,挖掘对番茄潜叶蛾的控害潜能提供科学依据。室内测定三种赤眼蜂单头雌蜂24 h内对番茄潜叶蛾卵的寄生卵粒数、羽化率及雌性比的结果表明,螟黄赤眼蜂和玉米螟赤眼蜂对番茄潜叶蛾卵均有一定的寄生能力,松毛虫赤眼蜂基本不寄生;螟黄赤眼蜂的寄生卵粒数为16.93粒,玉米螟赤眼蜂为10.80粒;寄生后代羽化率表现为螟黄赤眼蜂>玉米螟赤眼蜂,二者后代羽化率达70%以上,雌性比在65%以上。综上,螟黄赤眼蜂和玉米螟赤眼蜂均可寄生番茄潜叶蛾卵,且前者更适合用于番茄潜叶蛾的生物防控,应用前景广阔。Tomato leaf miner(TLM),Tuta absoluta(Meyrick),is a worldwide quarantine pest.Be-cause it has developed resistance to chemical pesticides,biological control methods should be needed for sus-tainable control.The aim of this study was to determine the parasitism potential of three indigenous Tri-chogramma species(T.chilonis,T.ostrinia,T.dendrolimi)on their natural host eggs of TLM,and to provide scientific bases for breeding good Trichogramma species and exploring their control potential to tomato leaf miner.The parasitic egg number,emergence rate and female ratio of the three Trichogramma species on TLM eggs within 24 hours were measured in laboratory.The results showed that T.chilonis and T.ostrinia had cer-tain parasitism effect on TLM eggs,and T.dendrolimi had no parasitism.The number of parasitic eggs of T.chilonis on TLM eggs was 16.93,and the number of parasitic eggs of T.ostrinia was 10.80.The offspring emer-gence rate of parasitic progeny was sequenced as T.chilonis>T.ostrinia,and both were more than 70%with the female ratio more than 65%.In conclusion,T.chilonis and T.ostrinia could parasite TLM eggs,and T.chilonis was more suitable for controlling TLM and had broad application prospects.
