摘 要:番茄潜叶蛾(Tuta absoluta)是一种重要的世界性检疫害虫,2017年入侵我国新疆,并迅速扩散至多个省份,严重威胁我国番茄产业的发展。为评价已成熟商品化的天敌昆虫东亚小花蝽(Orius sauteri)对番茄潜叶蛾的捕食作用及控害潜能,本试验在室内条件下研究了其对番茄潜叶蛾卵的取食情况、捕食功能反应和搜寻效应。结果表明,东亚小花蝽对番茄潜叶蛾卵具有较好的捕食能力;捕食功能反应符合HollingⅡ方程模型,日捕食量随猎物密度的增加而提高,雌成虫对番茄潜叶蛾卵的捕食能力(a′/Th)强于雄成虫,最大理论捕食量为64.102 4粒;搜寻效应随猎物密度的增加而下降,雌成虫的搜寻效应高于雄成虫。综上所述,东亚小花蝽对入侵昆虫番茄潜叶蛾具有较大生物防治潜力。Tomato leaf miner(Tuta absoluta)is an important worldwide quarantine pest.It invaded Xin-jiang in 2017 and rapidly spreads to many provinces in China,seriously threatening the development of China’s tomato industry.In order to evaluate the predatory capability and control potential of Orius sauteri,a mature and commercial natural enemy insect,on tomato leaf miner,the feeding situation,predation function response and search effect of O.sauteri on tomato leaf miner eggs were studied in laboratory.The results showed that O.sauteri had better predation ability on tomato leaf miner eggs,and its predation function response conformed to the HollingⅡequation model.The daily predation amount increased with the increase of prey density.The fe-male adult of O.sauteri had stronger predation ability(a′/Th)for tomato leaf miner eggs compared to the male adult,with the maximum theoretical predation limit as 64.1024 eggs.The search effect decreased with the in-crease of prey density,and that of female adults was higher than that of male adults.In conclusion,O.sauteri had great biological control potential against the invasive pest tomato leaf miner.
