摘 要:为探讨植物激素和螯合剂(EDTA)复合处理对镉胁迫下籽粒苋生长与修复率的影响,本试验以生物量较大的籽粒苋为材料,采用盆栽方法,研究不同复合处理对镉胁迫下籽粒苋生长以及镉富集量的影响。结果表明:与单一Cd^(2+)胁迫处理相比,植物激素和螯合剂的复合处理缓解Cd^(2+)胁迫对籽粒苋生长的影响,使其各部分的生物量增加,增强根部和地上部对Cd^(2+)的吸收和富集,进一步提高了籽粒苋对Cd^(2+)的植物修复效率,且复合处理以根部浇灌方式的修复效率更高。In order to investigate the effects of different phytohormones combined with chelating agent(EDTA)on the growth and remediation efficiency of grain amaranth under cadmium stress,this experiment was conducted taking grain amaranth with large biomass as material and by pot method to study the effects of different combined treatments on the growth and cadmium accumulation amount of grain amaranth under cad-mium stress.The results showed that,compared with the single Cd^(2+)treatment,the combined treatments of phytohormones and chelating agent alleviated the influence of Cd^(2+)stress to the growth of grain amaranth,in-creased the biomass of each part,enhanced the absorption and enrichment of Cd^(2+)in root and shoot,and fur-ther improved the phytoremediation efficiency.The combined treatments had higher remediation efficiency by root watering.
