新树源朴树叶脉标本制作工艺研究

摘　　要：朴树在叶脉标本制作中较为罕见,且常见的叶脉标本制作方法有酸碱腐蚀法和微生物腐蚀法.为了探索新树源朴树叶脉标本的制作工艺,以碱液腐蚀法作为对照,用不同浓度的枯草芽孢杆菌腐蚀液(0、3、5、7、9g/L)腐蚀朴树的叶子,并设置不同的腐蚀时间和腐蚀温度进行深入研究,根据两者腐蚀步骤的难易程度以及制作叶脉标本过程中的绿色环保程度进行比较,从而筛选出较优的枯草芽孢杆菌液腐蚀法.结果表明:腐蚀液浓度为3 g/L,腐蚀温度为30℃,腐蚀时间为20天时叶肉残余量最少即叶脉标本制作效果最佳;且叶片较碱液腐蚀法完整.经漂白、染色、塑封、裁剪、打孔、挂吊穗等相关制作工艺即可制作出精美的叶脉工艺品.该朴树叶脉标本制作工艺可以更好的运用到中小学课堂教学和相关工艺品制作中去,对于丰富人们的精神生活,具有一定的实践意义.It is rare to make vein specimens in C.sinensis,and the common methods of making vein speci-mens are acid-alkali corrosion and microbial corrosion.In order to explore the manufacturing technology of C.sinensis vein specimen from Xinshuyuan,the leaves of C.sinensis were etched with different concentrations of Ba-cillus subtilis etching solution(0 g/L,3 g/L,5 g/L,7 g/L,9 g/L)compared with the alkali solution etching method,and different etching time and temperature were set for in-depth study.According to the difficulty of etching steps and the degree of environmental protection in the process of manufacturing vein specimen,the bet-ter Bacillus subtilis etching method was selected.The results show that when the concentration of etching solution is 3g/L,the etching temperature is 30℃,and the etching time is 20 days,the minimum mesophyll residue is the best for making vein samples.And the blade is more complete than that of alkali corrosion.After bleaching,dyeing,plastic packaging,cutting,punching,hanging ears and other related production processes,exquisite leaf vein handicrafts can be produced.C.sinensis vein specimen making process can be better applied to class-room teaching in primary and secondary schools and related crafts making,and it has certain practical signifi-cance for enriching people's spiritual life.
