摘　　要：目的探究Gamma钉联合补骨颗粒治疗股骨粗隆间骨折的效果。方法选取2018年5月至2021年3月无锡市锡山区中医医院骨伤科收治的30例股骨粗隆间骨折患者作为研究对象,按照随机数字表法分为治疗组与对照组,每组15例。对照组给予Gamma钉治疗,治疗组在对照组基础上联合中药补骨颗粒治疗,比较两组合并症发生率、Harris髋关节评分、视觉模拟评分法(VAS)评分、生物力学参数,分析典型病例。结果两组合并症发生率比较差异无统计学意义。两组术后Harris评分组间、时间、交互比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。组内比较:术后2周、1个月、3个月,两组Harris评分均高于前一时间点,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。组间比较:术后1d、3个月,两组Harris评分比较差异无统计学意义;术后2周、1个月,治疗组Harris评分均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组VAS评分组间、时间、交互比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);组内比较:两组术后各时间点VAS评分均低于前一时间点,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。组间比较:术后1 d,两组VAS评分比较差异无统计学意义;术后4、7、10、14 d,治疗组VAS评分均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。术后1周,两组髋关节屈曲肌群力矩、伸直肌群力矩比较差异无统计学意义;术后3个月,两组髋关节屈曲肌群力矩、伸直肌群力矩均高于术后1周,且治疗组高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。复查X片,予补骨颗粒治疗者,骨折线模糊,骨折愈合良好;未使用者骨折愈合缓慢,仍可见骨折线通过。结论Gamma钉联合补骨颗粒治疗股骨粗隆间骨折效果确切,能明显缓解患者术后疼痛,加快骨折愈合速率,改善关节活动功能,值得临床推广应用。Objective To explore the effect of Gamma nail combined with Bugu granule in the treatment of intertrochanteric fracture of femur.Methods A total of 30 patients with intertrochanteric fracture of femuradmitted to the department of Orthopedics and Traumatology,the Traditional Chinese Medicine Hospital of Xishan District of Wuxi Province from May 2018 to March 2021 were selected as the research subjects,and they were divided into treatment group and control group according to the random number table method,with 15 cases in each group.The control group was treated with Gamma nail,and the treatment group was treated with Traditional Chinese Medicine Bugu granules on the basis of the control group,the incidence of complications,Harris hip score,visual analogue scale(VAS)score and biomechanical parameters were compared between the two groups,and typical cases were analyzed.Results There was no significant difference in the incidence of complications between the two groups.There were significant differences in Harris score between the two groups of group,time points and interaction(P<0.05).Comparison within the group:2 weeks,1 month,and 3 months after operation,the Harris scores of the two groups were higher than the previous time point,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Comparison between groups:1 d and 3 months after operation,there was no significant difference in Harris score between the two groups;at 2 weeks and 1 month after operation,the Harris score in the treatment group was higher than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).There were significant differences in VAS scores between the two groups of group,time points and interaction(P<0.05).Comparison within the group:the VAS scores of the two groups at each time point after operation were lower than those at the previous time point,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Comparison between the groups:1 day after operation,there was no significant difference in VAS score between th
