新形势下加强公立医院行业作风建设的思考

摘　　要：新形势下对公立医院行风建设提出了构建组织体系、党建引领、保持反腐高压、完善工作体系、强化行风教育、培育全方位监督体系等要求;但现阶段公立医院行风建设还存在机构不健全,党建引领作用发挥不足,医务人员认识不到位、参与度不高,行风教育力度欠缺,标准化程度不高,信息化运用不充分等问题。可通过构建和完善组织体系和工作机制、扎牢制度笼子、开展专项工作、强化行风教育、先进示范引领、加强社会监督、严格考核、充分运行信息手段等方式,不断提高医务人员廉洁从业意识,提升医疗服务水平,提高人民群众就医满意度。In the new situation,it puts forward the requirements for the construction of public hospitals’style,such as constructing the organizational system,leading the party building,maintaining the anti-corruption high pressure,improving the working system,strengthening the education of style,and cultivating the all-round supervision system.However,at this stage,there are still problems in the construction of public hospitals,such as imperfect institutions,insufficient play of the leading role of party building,inadequate understanding of medical personnel,low participation,lack of education in the style of work,low standardization,and insufficient use of information technology.By constructing and improving the organizational system and working mechanism,tying the system cage,carrying out special work,strengthening the education of the profession,advanced demonstration and guidance,strengthening social supervision,strict assessment,and fully operating information means,we can continuously improve the awareness of clean practice of medical personnel,improve the level of medical services,and improve the satisfaction of the people with medical treatment.
