摘　　要：目的为解决输血业务分散和仍存在纸质审批流程等问题,并满足电子病历评级和互联互通测评的要求。方法结合评级要求,重新梳理设计输血业务流程,基于集成平台建设临床输血全流程闭环管理系统。结果实现了输血业务和血液管理共6大闭环,输血文书更规范、输血业务更集中,并在全院范围内实现了输血数据共享。结论提高了临床输血的合理性、规范性、安全性,降低了输血不良反应的发生率。Objective To address the issues of decentralized blood transfusion services and the persistence of paper-based approval processes,as well as to meet the requirements of electronic medical record grading and interoperability assessments.Methods Combining the requirements of the assessments,we have restructured and designed the blood transfusion service processes,and developed a comprehensive closed-loop management system for clinical blood transfusion based on an integrated platform.Results Six major closed-loop processes were established for blood transfusion services and blood management.This transformation led to more standardized transfusion documentation,centralized blood transfusion services,and enabled data sharing across the entire hospital.Conclusion The rationality,standardization,and safety of clinical blood transfusions have improved,leading to a reduction in the incidence of adverse transfusion reactions.
