2018—2022年某骨科医院出院患者疾病构成分析

摘　　要：目的通过分析某骨科医院疾病构成特点,为针对性地加强学科建设,优化资源配置提供依据。方法收集该骨科医院2018—2022年出院患者信息,包含主要诊断、性别、年龄等,对数据进行描述与分析。结果该骨科医院5年住院患者总数为214104例,男女比例1.32∶1,前3位疾病顺位一直是损伤、中毒(55.87%),肌肉骨骼系统和结缔组织疾患(22.37%)以及影响健康状态和与保健机构接触的因素(10.51%),其中排在前5的病种为手和腕损伤、取内固定、膝和小腿损伤、肩部和上臂损伤以及背部病,其中单病种又以手指切断、手指骨折、椎间盘突出、腰椎骨折和骨质疏松较多,不同性别年龄组病种分布不同。结论应根据不同年龄、性别制定相应高发疾病的控措施以及调整科室设置。Objective Analyze the characteristics of disease composition in a orthopedic hospital,in order to provide targeted basis for strengthening discipline construction and optimizing resource allocation.Methods Collect information on discharged patients from 2018 to 2022,including main diagnosis,gender,age,etc.,and describe and analyze the data.Results The total number of patients is 214104,with a male to female ratio of 1.32∶1.The top three diseases have always beentrauma and toxicosis(55.87%),musculoskeletal system and connective tissue diseases(22.37%)and the factors affecting health and resulting from contact with health care institutions(10.51%).Except for musculoskeletal system and connective tissue diseases,the other two types of male patients are greater than females.The top 5 diseases are hand and wrist injuries,internal fixation,knee and calf injuries,shoulder and upper arm injuries,and back diseases.Among them,single disease types are also divided into finger amputation,finger fractures,slipped disc,lumbar fractures,and osteoporosis.The distribution of disease types varies among different gender and age groups.Conclusion Corresponding prevention and control measures for high incidence diseases should be formulated based on different ages and genders,as well as department adjustments.
